In SPAN’s annual free kickoff workshop, three experienced advocates will provide their answers to questions such as:

What assessments should I expect to find in a comprehensive evaluation?
What types of goal areas and services should I be sure are addressed in the IEP?
How can I identify that a student is appropriately placed?
And finally, what approaches have you found useful in helping Teams reach consensus around a student’s need for additional evaluations, goals, services, or changes in placement?
